I chose Robert E. Lee to be wanted for helping a runaway slave because believe it or not, Robert E. Lee did not support slavery, which makes you question many of his decisions. But anyway, Robert E. Lee didn't like slavery, so when faced with a runaway he had to help, which answers why he helped a slave or slaves escape to the border.
Robert E. Lee would be forced to abandon the army to help a slave escape and then he couldn't join again because he would wanted for helping that slave. This clearly explains why he would be wanted for abandoning the army.
